Eurovea is Bratislava's new quarter, a development on the Danube river bank open to the public in 2010.
The present Phase I consists of a shopping and entertainment centre (the Galleria Eurovea), Sheraton Hotel, offices and apartments.
Galleria Eurovea features a large Marks & Spencer department store, Debenhams, Peek & Cloppenburg, many international fashion shops, a Billa supermarket. There is a multiplex cinema with 9 screens (including a 3D screen), Golem Fitness Centre and Olympic Casino.
On the riverfront there are numerous restaurants and cafés such as the Primi River Lounge, Sajado Sushi, Kolkovna, Brasserie La Marine and several others.
A public square with a fountain overlooking the Danube river contains a statue of Milan Rastislav Stefanik, a key historical figure.
The new five-star Sheraton Hotel is part of Eurovea, offering 186 rooms, conference facilities, the Shine Spa and several food and drink outlets.
Eurovea Central 1, 2 and 3 are among Bratislava's best quality office spaces, offering about 24,000 sq.m. of offices.
The new building of the Slovak National thetre is adjacent to Eurovea. Eurovea is also a short walk from the pedestrian zone of the Old Town.
